Stay

In general: The hotel is tired, needs a re furb and updating. The first room we were allocated had a strong smell of sick! We were moved and the staff helpful. Breakfast was poor. Is it not possible to cook what is a simple meal to order rather than go with the insipid buffet style with watery scrambled eggs. Overall over priced. Service: Reception girl very helpful. Dining: See earlier comments re breakfast. Room: Tired. Bathroom better but bath very slippery Nd therefore dangerous.

The breakfast spread was diverse and satisfying, offering a delightful start to the day.

Getting to our room involved navigating a confusing hallway layout, especially with our luggage.

Location.

The room was dirty, it was the wrong choice for children the noise at 1 am was over excessive with loud shouting and swearing outside for over a hour!! As a business owner who travels and stays in many hotels I was disapointed with the overall tired look of the rooms with cracked sink ame tiles.

We have been there because of the convenience of our private function. We stayed there because of location was ideal for our function we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. 

The dineing facilities and the food was excellent, the staff were friendly & helpful.

The hotel is well situated for the M3 Motorway, RMAS Sandhurst, Gibraltar barracks and Yateley. A cosy bar with nice open fire.

the car park is small and the hotel is very very tired and dated. The rooms are like caves with very heavy pebbledashed rough finish. Our toilet seat was broken, as was the sink plug and the shower attachment. There was only 1 towel in our double room. My son had to move rooms after his shower wouldnt work at all.
